Refunds And Returns Policy

At MakhoFit, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policy below for details on returns, refunds, and replacements.

Undelivered Orders (Returned to Sender)

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, we’ll notify you. To reship the order, please confirm your updated address. Note: A new shipping fee will apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Mislabelled Items

We take quality seriously with a three-step inspection process, but errors or transit damage can occasionally happen.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@makhofit.com with:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once received, our team will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the matter, which may include providing a replacement if deemed appropriate.

Buyer’s Remorse

If you change your mind or decide you no longer want the product, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse.

Size Exchanges

All MakhoFit products are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to our sizing guides before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Order Lost in Transit

All orders include tracking. If your order is significantly delayed or shows no movement:

  1. Contact us at contact@makhofit.com within 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
  2. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

If the tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Please check with neighbours or your local post office.
  • Unfortunately, MakhoFit does not cover packages marked as delivered.

Wrong Item Received

Received the wrong item, color, or design? We’re here to make it right.

Send us a claim within 48 hours of delivery to contact@makhofit.com along with:

  • Photos of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll verify the mistake and send a replacement free of charge.

Delayed Orders

Shipping times are estimated, and delays can occur due to high volume, customs, or carrier issues.

  • Track your order for the latest updates.
  • If there’s an unusual delay, contact us. We’ll monitor your shipment and assist accordingly.
